As an Analyst on the ECM – Syndicate team, you will serve as a critical bridge between issuer clients, origination and coverage teams, institutional investors, and Equity Sales & Trading. The team manages real-time execution of equity offerings—translating client objectives and market conditions into pricing, timing, and allocation outcomes. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role with direct exposure to live capital markets transactions and the mechanics of bringing new equity issuance to market.

- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Trading, Investment Banking, Operations, and Legal to coordinate ECM transaction execution, manage timelines and deliverables, and drive clear, consistent deal communications.
- Analyze and summarize allocation data for senior bankers, preparing actionable insights and materials to support decision-making on distribution and investor positioning.
- Assist with pricing analysis and aftermarket performance tracking, monitoring trading performance and key market indicators to inform internal updates.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, and business writing skills.
- Knowledge of capital markets and the ECM execution function.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders across lines of business.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
- SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses, or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of start date.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Prior experience in an investment banking front office or related role.
