You will use the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology combined with friendly, attentive service to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to branch success.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service—greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel heard and cared for, using a tablet to manage lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including helping clients use self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions, partnering with other branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
• Cash handling experience.
