Spring Insight Event

Overview

Our Spring Insight Event is a week-long program taking place in our London and Edinburgh offices in April 2027. It is open to students from all academic backgrounds who will graduate with an undergraduate or master’s degree in 2029. The program provides an immersive experience into one of our business areas, featuring work shadowing, a group project, networking, and social events. By the end of the week, participants will have gained a strong understanding of the markets and the skills to begin a career in this field.

Program Details

Participants will be able to apply to up to two functions within the programme. You will have exposure to different facets of the business to help you determine where you might begin your career.

Eligibility & Application Requirements

• Applicants may apply to only one programme (e.g., Spring Insight Programme or Placement Programme).
• Within that programme, applicants may choose up to two functions (e.g., Investment Research and Analytics & Modeling).
• You must apply for both opportunities using the same programme application.
• If you withdraw your application, you cannot submit another application for this programme this year.

Next Steps & Deadlines

After submitting your application, you will receive an email asking you to complete a pre-interview assessment. You have up to five days to submit the assessment; if you fail to submit it within the timeframe, your application will be automatically withdrawn.

Deadline: Friday 4 December 2026.
