Finance Controllership Intern

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance Controllership team. This role will be based in Shanghai.

What You Will Do

• Prepare invoice lists; print and scan invoices; register and deduct VAT special invoices.
• Assist in checking reimbursement supporting documents; file and organize reimbursement lists; arrange and bind accounting vouchers.
• Record and reconcile the bank work journal ledger.
• Organize the input tax deduction list.
• Scan documents for filing.
• Enter issues and tasks for completion by the team; follow up with responsible individuals; escalate issues when appropriate.

What You Need to Have

• Accounting, finance, or related major.
• Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and committed to the internship.
