Intern, Talent and Transformation

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Talent and Transformation team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh.

As an Intern in our Talent and Transformation team, you will work on consulting projects and assist in translating data into meaningful insights about HR trends.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Remain curious and adaptable when supporting the delivery of projects.
  • Be mindful when creating well-researched deliverables.
  • Collaboratively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Assist in shaping strategies related to HR transformation, skills, job redesign, and employee engagement.

What You Need to Have

  • Current university student, preferably specializing in Human Resources. Candidates from other backgrounds with an interest in HR consulting are welcome to apply.
  • Available full-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from September 2026.
  • A passion for learning about various areas of HR.
