Finance Intern

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance Controllership team. This role is based in Shanghai and is hybrid, requiring you to work at least three days per week in the office.

What You Will Be Accountable For

• Assist senior team members with data and information for strategic documents such as project business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans.
• Support general reporting needs.
• Conduct research on routine or ordinary issues.
• Support production users in their day-to-day work as an additional resource.
• Observe team projects as assigned and provide input to the project structure.
• Enter issues and tasks for completion, follow up with responsible individuals, and escalate issues when appropriate.

What You Need to Have

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Work Environment

Marsh supports hybrid work, combining remote flexibility with collaboration and professional development in the office. All colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week, and office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week when the full team is together in person.
