Summer Associate (Investment Banking)

Our Summer Associate Program offers a unique experience on Wall Street. As a Summer Associate, you join the Firm as a generalist, providing significant exposure to deal activity across industries in our key business areas.

The generalist program is designed to provide maximum optionality and opportunity as you begin a career in investment banking. The Firm’s culture emphasizes partnership, creativity, optimism, and hard work.

Responsibilities

Summer Associates are expected to assume meaningful levels of responsibility and demonstrate intellectual curiosity, leadership, and analytical aptitude. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Financial analysis and modeling
• Managing a team
• Preparing client presentations
• Interacting with senior bankers and clients

A sophisticated level of interpersonal skills is required.

Program Details

• 10-week summer internship
• Educational and social events to build understanding of the industry and the Firm
• One-week training program, including financial modeling and valuation training

Qualifications

To be considered, you must:

• Currently be enrolled in an MBA (or equivalent) graduate program with a graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028
• Apply to only one location for the 2027 Summer Associate, Investment Banking position
• Complete the Suited assessment

Suited Assessment

Compensation

Expected salary is prorated from an annual amount of $175,000.
