The Secondary Advisory team at Moelis & Company is a global group focused on advising financial sponsors and institutional investors on liquidity solutions across the private capital universe. The team works closely with Moelis industry and product groups to provide market insight, structuring advice, and execution for clients. As a member of the team, successful candidates will provide advisory, structuring, and execution services to clients with investments across the private capital universe.

Position Description

The Summer Analyst position at Moelis offers exposure to all aspects of the LP-led secondary market, including single-fund and multi-fund LP portfolio sales, structured and preferred equity solutions, deferred and staggered-closing structures, NAV-based financings, and other liquidity and portfolio-management solutions for institutional investors.

The Summer Analyst will work closely with senior professionals throughout the firm to support high-quality advice delivered to LP clients as they actively manage and rebalance their private markets programs.

Qualifications
