Summer Associate – Life Sciences Group

Moelis’s Associate Program offers a unique experience on Wall Street. As a Summer Associate in the Life Sciences Group, you will gain exposure to deal activity across products and clients ranging from large-cap pharma and public biotech companies to early-stage, VC-backed private companies.

This group-specific opportunity provides in-depth exposure to the Life Sciences vertical and a high level of responsibility as you lay the foundation for your investment banking career. Responsibilities

Summer Associates are expected to assume significant levels of responsibility requiring intellectual curiosity, leadership, and analytical aptitude. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Financial analysis and modeling
• Managing a team
• Preparing client presentations
• Interacting with senior bankers and clients

A sophisticated level of interpersonal skills is required.

Program Overview

• 10-week summer internship
• Educational and social events to build understanding of the industry and the Firm
• One-week training program, including financial modeling and valuation training

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBA (or equivalent) graduate program with a graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028
• Apply to only one location for the 2027 Summer Associate, Investment Banking position
• Complete the Suited assessment

Compensation

Expected salary to be prorated from an annual amount of $175,000.
