Recruiting Coordinator - Experienced Hire Recruiting, Technology

About the Position

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our experienced hiring team as we identify, interview, and hire experienced technology professionals for our Asia offices. You will be an organized, proactive “go-getter” excited to learn and grow on a collaborative team, and who cares deeply about getting the details right while maintaining a warm, welcoming, people-first approach to recruiting.

You will work alongside our seasoned team to learn how we create an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. We will train you in both day-to-day candidate coordination and the strategy behind our approach.

Your daily work will focus on our technology teams and will include updating our applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, managing recruiting calendars, coordinating live interviews as they happen, and supporting other recruiting tools and platforms.

Our Recruiting team has developed a dynamic strategy and engaging interview process to find and hire top talent from around the world. Your ability to get the details right and build positive connections with candidates will make you a valuable member of the team.

About You

• 0–3 years of professional experience (recruiting, HR, or operations experience is a plus, but not required)
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail; you understand the importance of getting the little things right
• A self-starter who can manage competing priorities and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent context-switching
• A clear communicator who can work across teams and respond to a range of stakeholders, including colleagues, candidates, search firms, and external partners
• Humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help, and eager to ask questions and seek feedback
• A flexible team player with a positive attitude who adapts quickly to change
• Willing and able to learn new recruiting systems and tools
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to work more efficiently
• Experience with tools like Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, Gem, Jira, or Tableau is a plus
• No financial industry experience required
• Fluent in English
