Key Responsibilities

PwC is moving toward having GenAI and automation as an instrumental pivot in the way we do things. As a Learning & Development (Tech) Intern, you will support our digitalisation and automation journey to embed GenAI tools and automate end-to-end training operations. You will learn and bring digital changes in the L&D function to enhance the team’s working experience and efficiency by coordinating programmes, managing data, and improving the learning experience for employees.

L&D Technology & Projects

  • Support implementation and optimisation of L&D technology solutions (e.g., Learning Management Systems, digital learning platforms, and tools).
  • Participate in L&D tech-related projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Execute GenAI solutions for daily operations within the department, with benefits impacting the firmwide organisation.
  • Compile and analyse usage and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities to enhance learning solutions.
  • Work on documentation, workflows, and troubleshooting related to L&D technologies.

Data & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing management and training reports (e.g., attendance, feedback, completion rates).
  • Handle, manipulate, and analyse training-related data responsibly.
  • Help monitor learning metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Team & Project Support

  • Provide ad hoc support to the L&D team on various projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance learner engagement and programme effectiveness.
  • Participate in internal meetings and discussions as a learning opportunity.

What We Are Looking For

  • Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines are preferred.
  • A strong interest in process automation, HR technology, digital transformation, or low-code development.
  • Experience or coursework in Microsoft Power Automate development, with a basic understanding of logic-based automation such as triggers, conditions, and loops.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and approach challenges in a structured way.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset, with eagerness to learn and explore new tools and technologies independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to document work clearly and accurately.
  • Basic familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, or Teams will be advantageous.
  • Basic coding knowledge in languages such as JavaScript or HTML will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
