Job Description & Summary

As an Associate Product Manager, you will drive the development of software and product innovation, creating cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. Within the Advisory practice, you will act as the general manager for commercial and internal products, bridging the gap between business, user experience, and technology to address customer and end-user challenges.

Your role covers the full product lifecycle—from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life, including commercialization and go-to-market strategies.

As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while building the skills and knowledge needed to deliver quality work. You will work with diverse clients and team members, embracing unique challenges and opportunities for growth. In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of your development and consistently deliver work that drives value for clients and success for the team. You will also build a personal brand by navigating through the firm, embracing ambiguity, and using challenges as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product lifecycle activities from definition and planning through production and release
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product vision with market demands and business growth
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and roadmap development
  • Utilize customer relationship management techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Apply business process modeling to optimize product development and operationalization
  • Engage in strategic planning to support product ideation and commercialization efforts
  • Gather and analyze information from diverse sources to identify patterns and inform product decisions
  • Develop and maintain product specifications to validate alignment with user experience and technology solutions
  • Participate in product marketing and go-to-market planning to drive sales and business support activities
  • Build commercial awareness and understanding of how the business works to contribute effectively to team success

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1 year of experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
