Program Overview

Summer Interns engaged on Jefferies’ Equities platform will participate in desk rotations throughout the course of the summer. Interns will gain experience across a variety of roles, including Sales Trading, Trading, Research Sales, Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, Electronic Trading, and Desk Strategy.

What We Look For

Candidates should have a strong academic background and be in their penultimate or final year of study, with an anticipated graduation date of Spring/Summer 2028. While a background in accounting or finance can be helpful, Summer Interns are hired from a variety of degree disciplines.
