Your team

You will work alongside Human Resources colleagues located in London. The team touches every aspect of an employee’s experience, from recruitment to retirement. We support our people, enable them to perform at their best, and ensure they are fairly rewarded—an essential part of maintaining our inclusive culture.

Your expertise

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is in the penultimate or final year of their bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree.
• Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
• Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
• Can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.

Perhaps you have organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports, or stepped out of your comfort zone to learn about a subject you found challenging. Share how your achievements match the skills we are looking for.
