UBS HOLT Business — 2027 Summer Internship Program

Interested in working in finance and enjoy data analysis and financial models? We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program within the UBS HOLT Business.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on companies, industries, and market trends to support investment recommendations and decision-making.
• Assist with data collection, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Gain insights from the UBS HOLT model to help generate industry- and company-specific reports.
• Understand market signals and how they apply to the fundamental and quantitative investment process.

Your Team

You’ll be working on the UBS HOLT team, part of Equity Research within the Investment Bank. The team includes individuals with consulting, management, research, technology, and banking backgrounds, supported by access to software tools and sophisticated databases. You’ll develop a strong understanding of the valuation of global equities and work with a team with strong brand recognition across major institutional investors, hedge funds, and wealth managers.

Your Expertise

• Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• Interest in corporate valuation and equity analysis, with an interest in a client-facing role.
• Values aligned with: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
• Strategic thinking with strong communication skills.
• Motivation to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
• Ability to evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
