Human Resources Summer Internship Program (2027)

UBS is looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Human Resources Summer Internship Program.

What You’ll Do

• Rotate through different areas, including generalist and specialist roles in recruitment and talent attraction, reward, talent development and training design, employee relations, and employee advisory and management support.
• Be involved in projects across the business, gaining access to a global network of contacts.

Your Team

You’ll work alongside our Human Resources colleagues in NY/NJ. The team touches every aspect of an employee’s experience—from recruitment to retirement. We support our people, enable them to perform at their best, and ensure they are fairly rewarded, playing an essential role in maintaining our inclusive culture.

Your Expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Will graduate between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Has a cumulative GPA of 3.2 and above.
• Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
• Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
• Can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
