Trade Support Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) Analyst

If trade support and special purpose vehicles are your strengths, this role is for you. You will support bespoke deals issued through a repackaging platform, partnering with internal teams and external service providers to keep day-to-day activity running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with front-to-back, cross-asset class Middle Office support for Trading, Structuring, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Coordinate straightforward SPV new issuance activity, providing operational support from trade date until issue date.
• Assist with straightforward cost calculations for new SPV activity.
• Perform daily controls, including reconciliation of cash balances and lifecycle checks.
• Monitor event activity and support coupon fixing, payments, and corporate actions processing.
• Assist with KPIs and exceptions to ensure timely resolution and escalation.
• Ensure smooth settlement of straightforward SPV repackaging trades, providing multi-team coordination.
• Serve as a primary contact for external service providers to ensure settlement instructions are in place and stakeholders are informed.
• Maintain accurate records for all repeatable issuances and lifecycle activity.
• Help with day-to-day query management associated with core daily tasks.

• Technical skills, especially in Excel and Python.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• VBA experience.
• Prior experience with Special Purpose Vehicles.
