Reward Coordinator (6-9 month FTC)

RSM UK is looking for a Reward Coordinator to join on a 6–9 month FTC. This role provides short-term support across core Reward and benefits administration, while documenting key processes, reducing reliance on individual team members, and improving operational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Reward and benefits activity, including payroll reporting, benefits administration, provider management, Reward inbox queries, and recurring cyclical processes.
• Coordinate joiner, leaver, and employee change activity across Reward, Payroll, People Systems, and external providers.
• Ensure administration is completed accurately and in line with agreed deadlines and controls.
• Support the Reward Advisor in the annual benefit election window (Oct–Jan).
• Utilise existing documentation to update and map Reward administration processes from initiation through to completion.
• Create and update SOPs, process maps, and supporting guidance documents.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in Reward, payroll, benefits administration, or a related HR operational role.
• Strong process mapping and SOP writing capability.
• Good understanding of payroll-linked processes, controls, and data management (knowledge of Workday is beneficial).
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across Reward, Payroll, Shared Services, People Systems, and external providers.
• Strong organisational skills, proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
