Systems Reporting and UI Developer

RSM UK is looking for a Systems Reporting and UI Developer to join our team. This is a key role in shaping system reporting and user interface within our enterprise platforms, predominantly Workday.

You will work with a collaborative and supportive team, gaining hands-on experience with support from experienced specialists. You will have opportunities to develop new and existing skills across Prism-Data Warehouse, Extend-Apps, Build-Agents, Reporting & Dashboards.

You will partner with business stakeholders across Finance, People, Technology, and Change. You will be confident presenting, challenging, and mediating differing views, proposing solutions, and working with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables meet business objectives and strategies.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and deliver defined system reporting and UI outputs for Workday and other enterprise systems, including standard, custom, and advanced reporting.
• Apply design, development, and governance controls to reports, dashboards, data models, data definitions, and data logic.
• Ensure consistent, accurate, and auditable reporting outputs.
• Partner with SMEs and Leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, insightful outputs.
• Champion automation, standardisation, and the adoption of best practices.
• Support system upgrades, regression testing, enhancements, and integrations from a systems reporting and UI perspective.

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Workday reporting, including Prism, Discovery Boards, and Dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of other reporting tools is a plus, especially Power BI and MS Office connectivity.
• Excellent data skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability to changing demands and priorities.
• Well-developed influencing skills with internal colleagues and partners.
