The S3 HR and Management Line follows a “User-Focused and Employee-Oriented” philosophy and employs a three-pillar HR organization model. By offering “productized services and marketized management,” the S3 HR and Management Line provides comprehensive support for developing Tencent’s organization, talent, and culture, enabling employees to grow with the company.

What the Role Entails

• Collaborate with the hiring team to understand their specific requirements and the qualifications needed to source for open positions.
• Conduct market research to determine where potential candidates may be found, the best methods to engage them, and relevant market/industry trends.
• Build talent pools for evergreen positions, and maintain candidate pipelines across various platforms and groups.
• Engage potential candidates through emails, social media, or phone calls to gauge interest in open positions and inform them about job opportunities.
• Generate referrals by encouraging candidates and employees to refer qualified candidates.
• Report and analyze existing sourcing projects to assess effectiveness (e.g., conversion rates) and identify improvements to the sourcing process.

Who We Look For

• Currently an undergraduate or master’s degree student in any discipline, with a strong interest and passion in recruitment.
• Ideally with prior recruitment and/or sourcing experience, including exposure to Boolean searches.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in gathering and analyzing information, and the ability to identify problems through insights from data.
• Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Strong teamwork spirit, communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
• Ability to communicate bilingually (English/Mandarin) to work with stakeholders from HQ and international teams.
