Job Title

HR Recruiter Intern

Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on job portals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates using internal and external sources, assessing technical capabilities.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain follow-up with candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR to support recruitment administration and ensure effective and efficient placement of hires.
• Maintain accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure the accuracy of candidate profiles.
• Prepare employment offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support successful hiring.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
