About the Program

Citi Wealth (Citigold) Summer Analyst Program trains and cultivates a key pipeline for our full-time program. The 10-week summer program typically starts with intensive training that provides essential skills knowledge and a comprehensive orientation to Citi’s culture. After initial training, participants join one of Citi’s key businesses or functions and are assigned a tailored project for an in-depth, immersive experience. You will also participate in mentoring programs, networking events, speaker series, and other structured development opportunities.

Your experience is designed to provide future business leaders with a holistic view of Citi’s business. Through mentorship, training, and other development opportunities, Summer Analysts can expect to finish the program with a broad understanding of the Wealth business and the operational intricacies of Citi.

What We Need From You

• You are in your penultimate year of university pursuing a degree in any discipline (graduating between Dec 2027 and June 2028).
• You have demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• You have a strong understanding of the global banking landscape and place priority on client service.
