Wealth (Citi Private Bank) Summer Analyst Program

The Wealth (Citi Private Bank) Summer Analyst Program trains and develops key talent for our full-time program. This 10-week summer experience typically begins with intensive training, providing essential skills, knowledge, and a comprehensive orientation to Citi’s culture. After initial training, participants join one of Citi’s key businesses or functions and are assigned a tailored project for an in-depth, immersive experience.

To support your growth, you will also participate in mentoring programs, networking events, speaker series, and other structured development opportunities.

Your Experience

The program is dedicated to giving future business leaders a holistic view of Citi’s business. Through mentorship, training, and other development opportunities, Summer Analysts can expect to graduate the program with a broad understanding of the Wealth business and the operational intricacies of Citi.

The specific team you are assigned to will vary based on current business requirements. Potential team assignments include:

• Banker
• Investment Solutions / Product
• Investment Counselling – Strategy & Development
• Lending
• Chief Investment Office

What We Need From You

• You are in your penultimate year of university pursuing a degree in any discipline (graduating between Dec 2027 and June 2028).
• You have demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• You have a strong understanding of the global banking landscape and prioritize client service.

Extensive work experience is not required, but dedication to learning and a genuine passion for the business are vital. As industries around the globe restructure and grow, we are looking for individuals with a global perspective on the future of banking who want to make an impact at the corporate level.
