The Wealth (Citigold) Summer Analyst Program trains and cultivates key pipeline for our full-time program. This 10-week summer program typically begins with intensive training that provides essential skills and a comprehensive orientation to Citi’s culture. After the initial training, participants join one of Citi’s key businesses or functions and are assigned a tailored project for an in-depth, immersive experience. To support your growth, you will also participate in mentoring programs, networking events, speaker series, and other structured development opportunities.

The Wealth (Citigold) Summer Analyst Program is designed to provide future business leaders with a holistic view of Citi’s business. Through mentorship, training, and other development opportunities, Summer Analysts can expect to complete the program with a broad understanding of the Wealth business and the operational intricacies of Citi.

What we need from you

• You are in your penultimate year of university pursuing a degree in any discipline (graduating between Dec 2027 and June 2028).
• You have demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• You have a strong understanding of the global banking landscape and place a priority on client service.

Extensive work experience is not required, but dedication to learning and a genuine passion for the business are vital. As industries around the globe continue to restructure and grow, we are hiring individuals with a global perspective on the future of banking who want to make an impact at the corporate level.
