Job Description

The BXCI Finance Summer Analyst Program is designed to offer comprehensive experience to college juniors interested in a career in credit finance. The program develops talent and identifies top candidates for the full-time BXCI Finance Analyst position.

Summer Analysts will gain hands-on experience across BXCI Finance, including direct exposure to senior-level management, engaging mentors, development opportunities, and targeted training to enhance technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Depending on the group placement, Summer Analysts may support a variety of projects and responsibilities, including:

• Performing financial analyses
• Maintaining financial models
• Forecasting P&L and capital metrics
• Tracking performance
• Supporting quarterly management reporting
• Supporting quarterly SEC reporting

Qualifications
