Analyst Intern

About the Team

AAMT builds and delivers the technology behind Blackstone’s investment businesses. In Singapore, the AAMT team works embedded alongside several business units and functions across APAC, partnering with counterparts across the globe to put data products, workflow automation, and AI capabilities directly into the hands of the business.

Within the team there are two roles:

Product

  • Work directly with real estate, private equity, and investor relations teams across APAC to understand how they operate and where technology can help.

  • Utilize available Blackstone technology tools to design and implement technology solutions for business stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between global technology teams and APAC business stakeholders to identify local needs, inform regional priorities, and contribute to roadmap planning and project execution.

Engineering

  • Work closely with Product Owners to own the build and end-to-end delivery of custom applications, from requirements through implementation and release.
  • Build web applications, services, and cloud-native/serverless solutions on AWS.

  • Build and orchestrate data pipelines using Airflow, dbt, AWS Step Functions, Snowflake, and well-designed data models.
  • Deliver seamless user experiences by integrating modern JavaScript libraries such as React.
  • Automate deployments, testing, and repetitive engineering tasks using TeamCity, Jenkins, and automated test suites.

What You’ll Gain

  • Direct exposure to senior investment professionals and the transactions they work on.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI—the tools, governance, and the adoption challenge.
  • Active mentoring, with ownership of a defined workstream from day one.
