Integrated into our investing groups, BXDS focuses on answering mission-critical investment and business questions using data science, statistics, programming, and machine learning techniques. The team uses financial data, alternative datasets, and analytical methods to develop a perspective on investments, accelerate growth at portfolio companies, and help source new investment and partnership opportunities.

BXDS works hand-in-hand with Blackstone deal teams and portfolio company management teams to underwrite investments, drive operating efficiencies, and identify new sources of value. The team builds scalable tools and technology integral to how Blackstone underwrites new deals and manages the portfolio, sitting at the intersection of quantitative and qualitative investment analysis with an explicit focus on projects that “move the needle.” You will have the opportunity to work directly with senior management and top executives from portfolio companies.
