Responsibilities

• Perform regular visual inspections on HVAC, plumbing and drainage, lifts, fire services, and electrical and ELV systems.
• Maintain records of incidents of malfunction.
• Report faults to the Technical Manager/Engineers and arrange repairs and maintenance as appropriate.
• Complete maintenance in accordance with the maintenance plan and submit the maintenance checklist on time.
• Attend and monitor contractors’ works assigned by Engineers.
• Carry out safety precautions at all times.
• Perform other technical tasks as assigned.
• Travel is required to work anywhere in Hong Kong.
• Shift duty is required (Monday to Saturday).
