What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Talent Sourcing: Partner with the Talent Sourcing team to understand hiring requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities, translating them into targeted sourcing plans.
- Candidate Identification: Execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive candidates through a variety of channels.
- Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling outreach messages and build meaningful connections with potential candidates while effectively communicating OCBC’s employee value proposition and career opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research on talent trends, competitor hiring activities, and sourcing best practices to support recruitment strategies.
- Pipeline Building: Support the development and maintenance of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and other projects as assigned.
