Job Description

Reporting to the Team Lead for Custody and Investment Operations Centre, this role provides daily operational support and participates in new product implementations and process automation initiatives in the Corporate Action environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline corporate action processes through system enhancements to achieve optimum productivity and process efficiency using Marco and VBA programs.
• Analyze and interpret corporate action data, including event terms and conditions and the payment process.
• Adhere to processing KPIs and Service Levels while complying with internal controls, legislation, regulations, and bank policies.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of product parameters, policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements on domestic and global market operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with corporate actions processing.
• Prepare management reporting and perform other assignments as directed by the Department Head and Division Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience in Business Operations.
• Ability to identify business requirements and challenges through data analysis.
• Good communication skills.
