The graduate tracks run two years or more, so picking one is a multi-year commitment to a single ASEAN-focused bank rather than a short rotation. The internship routes matter for a different reason: the Summer and Hong Kong programmes are UOB's stated path into the Management Associate Programme, making them the realistic earlier entry point for candidates aiming at the graduate scheme.

UOB states on its Early Careers hub that its main Singapore programmes — the Management Associate Programme, Summer Internship Programme, Technology Development Programme and AI & Data Analytics Centre of Excellence Programme — open for applications yearly in August. The Management Associate Programme opens in September in China and in the fourth quarter in Hong Kong.
