About the Role
Our interns have the opportunity to learn about our business from different viewpoints, giving you a career advantage. You will work on current projects and develop an understanding of our culture, methods, and systems by collaborating with a broad range of colleagues to provide accurate financial results and insights. The internship is an ideal way to find out whether a career in Human Resources meets your needs and aspirations.
The programme includes rotations across various teams within the Human Resources division. Whether working on day-to-day business activities or on challenging, business-critical projects, you will acquire broad knowledge of different areas. Your tasks will vary according to your precise role.

What We Look For
- Intelligent and adaptable candidates with excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows to solve business problems
- Ability to apply critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
- Degrees in many different disciplines
- Good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, but you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background
- Training programmes will provide the technical knowledge needed to build a career with us
Eligibility for the 2027 Summer Internship Programme
- Complete your studies (all final exams and coursework, with no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1 December 2027 and 31 July 2028
- Have no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience
