The Opportunity
As part of the Contracts Management team you review client contracts and understand the business transaction environment. As an Associate you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You navigate multiple engagements, manage stakeholder expectations, and build relationships with clients.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, or Economics.
- 1 year of experience.
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Using analytics tools, such as Excel (intermediate to advanced skills preferred), Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
- Proven data analysis, storytelling with data, and other data manipulation experience.
- Understanding of the business transaction environment.
- Reviewing client contracts with outside vendors and customers.
- Experience reviewing contract terms and conditions.
- Thinking analytically and strategically.
- Navigating multiple engagements and competing priorities.
- Building relationships with clients and team members.
Travel Requirements
Up to 40%
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
