Through interactive programming, skill-building sessions, and networking opportunities, selected students will gain insights into leadership, career development, and Bank of America’s culture—preparing them for the Summer 2028 internship recruitment process. Participants will join curated discussions with business representatives and will have the opportunity to continue building professional connections through a post-forum engagement program.

  • Complete a skills assessment
  • Complete a program preference survey
  • Complete a pre-recorded video submission via HireVue

Selected students will participate in this multi-day experience in New York City from November 4–6, 2026.
