Equity Capital Markets Analyst

Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA) combines wholesale coverage with world-class product financing and advisory expertise within one team. We are looking to hire an experienced Analyst into the Equity Capital Markets team. The Analyst will report to the Head of Equity Capital Markets.

We provide issuer clients (corporates, financial institutions, public sector) with capital raising solutions, focusing on equity and equity-linked transactions. The team leverages worldwide expertise and in-depth sector knowledge to meet clients’ financing needs.

The Analyst will work in a generalist capacity within a team of experienced Corporate Finance professionals, with extensive exposure within the bank and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses and models, specifically company valuations.
• Contribute to, and help develop ideas for, potential transactions.
• Proactively support every phase of the deal process.
• Perform and present ad hoc research to support generation of new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal functions to obtain all required approvals for the execution of transactions.
• Understand product and market dynamics through comparables and market analysis.
• Stay current with industry trends.
