We provide issuer clients—including corporates, financial institutions, and public sector—with capital raising solutions, along with structured financing and commodities, forex, and interest rate hedging. We develop tailor-made products and provide strategic advice (capital structure advisory, financing schemes, and capital markets) based on our worldwide expertise and in-depth sector knowledge. Tasks and Responsibilities

The Analyst will work in a generalist capacity within a team of experienced Corporate Finance professionals and will have extensive exposure within the bank and with clients. In addition to the usual responsibilities expected of an Analyst, the successful candidate will be expected to:

• Prepare financial analyses and models, specifically company valuations.
• Prepare company profiles and more detailed memoranda and presentations describing the key attributes of client companies and acquisition opportunities.
• Research potential buyers, investors, targets, and opportunities.
• Contribute to and help develop ideas for potential transactions.
• Be proactively involved in every phase of the deal process.
• Perform and present ad hoc research to support the generation of new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal functions to obtain all required approvals for transaction execution.
• Understand product and market dynamics through comparables and market analysis.
• Perform credit analysis and prepare credit applications.
• Keep up with industry trends.
