Investment Banking Analyst - Capital Call Financing

Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of capital call financing facilities.
• Prepare client presentations and other marketing materials.
• Use internal underwriting guidelines and transaction deal terms to produce internal credit applications.
• Conduct client due diligence for existing and prospective transaction opportunities.
• Support senior team members with the origination, structuring, and execution of capital call financing facilities, including working with internal and external legal counsel on transaction documentation and coordinating execution with internal stakeholders.
• Manage internal databases and assist with ad hoc projects.
• Work with the Capital Call Portfolio Manager to help ensure efficient and timely annual credit reviews and ongoing monitoring of credit performance, including tracking relevant industry trends.
