The Trainee role is a full-time, 24-month contract with Société Générale. You will have access to a diverse range of training materials to help you succeed, covering various aspects of businesses, including technical skills, leadership development, communication skills, client service, and relationship management.

To be eligible, please ensure you have completed your qualification and will be available to work full time for the duration of the Trainee contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lawyers in the Legal team with structured debt issues across all underlyings, including equities, commodities, fixed income, and credit (for Asia Pacific – Ex Japan) for Société Générale Group and client issuers.
• Review and draft documentation, and arrange execution of the above transactions and matters.
• Assist with related processes and reporting.
• Contact relevant internal stakeholders as appropriate.
