Role Overview

We provide issuer clients—corporates, financial institutions, and public sector—with capital raising solutions, along with structured financing and commodities, FX, and interest rate hedging. We develop tailored products and provide strategic advice, including capital structure advisory, financing schemes, and capital markets solutions, drawing on worldwide expertise and in-depth sector knowledge. The team is a top player across euro debt capital markets and has received multiple international accolades over the years, particularly in export, project, and natural resources & energy finance.

Tasks and Responsibilities

The Analyst will work in a generalist capacity within a team of experienced Corporate Finance professionals, with extensive exposure within the bank and with clients. In addition to the usual responsibilities expected of an Analyst, the successful candidate will be expected to:

• Prepare financial analyses and models, specifically company valuations
• Prepare company profiles, and more detailed memoranda and presentations describing key attributes of client companies and acquisition opportunities
• Research potential buyers, investors, targets, and opportunities
• Contribute to and help develop ideas for potential transactions
• Be proactively involved in every phase of the deal process
• Perform and present ad hoc research to support the generation of new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal functions to obtain all required approvals for the execution of transactions
• Understand product and market dynamics through comparables and markets analysis
• Perform credit analysis and prepare credit applications
• Keep up with industry trends
