Role Overview

At ShopBack, our engineering teams build scalable platforms and use leading-edge technologies to develop world-class products. You will join a diverse and talented team of engineers and work on challenging problems that make a meaningful impact in the eCommerce landscape.

We are currently accepting credit-bearing internship applications for H2 2026 (Jun/Jul 2026 to Nov/Dec 2026).

Your Adventure Ahead

• Contribute to the ideation, technical design, implementation, and testing of product features.
• Produce high-quality software by following scalable architecture and design principles.
• Design and deliver thoughtfully crafted REST APIs to drive interactions between client applications and backend services.
• Collaborate with product, data, and design teams to define the future of the ShopBack experience.

Essentials to Succeed

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related major.
• Constant curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication ability and a desire to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.
• AI competency: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to develop or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
• Applicants from all universities and institutions are welcome, including University, Polytechnic, and ITE.
• Minimum commitment period of 6 months, full-time.
