Business & Strategy Analyst Intern (Regional Payments)

We are looking for a Business & Strategy Analyst Intern to join our Regional Payments team. In this role, you will work closely with the Strategy & Planning team to provide strategic insights to the business across our Payments Products / Services.

The ideal candidate combines technical savviness to work with data and design comprehensive solutions, as well as business acumen to partner with stakeholders and generate actionable insights.

Your Adventure Ahead

• Build a strong understanding of our data ecosystem, consisting of multiple data sources across different product lines.
• Assist in designing and implementing data models and reporting solutions (reports, dashboards) to measure and monitor defined metrics for the business.
• Work closely with teams across various functions to understand business challenges and provide end-to-end solutions from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Support management with ad-hoc data requests, analytical deep-dives, and other projects as required.

Essentials to Succeed

• Able to commit full-time basis; 6 months preferred.
• Strong ability to write clean, structured, high-performance SQL code is a must.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools is a plus.
• Good foundation in Python is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills with a good command of English.
• Strong business acumen and ability to grasp requirements from stakeholders.
• Keen interest and knowledge of Fintech / E-commerce is a plus.
• Self-starter who is comfortable working in a highly ambiguous environment.
• AI Competency: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
