Trading Operations Analyst Internship (Summer 2027)

Susquehanna is looking for highly motivated full-time students for our 10-week Trading Operations summer internship program based at our U.S. Headquarters. This program offers students currently enrolled at universities in Hong Kong or Singapore the opportunity to intern in the U.S. with the intention of long-term placement in our Hong Kong office.

Trading Operations sits at the intersection of trading, technology, and external counterparties—providing you with the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and contribute to impactful projects that drive our success.

Throughout your internship, you’ll work closely with our core team and rotate across different trading desks such as Options, ETF, Treasury, and Equity Finance, gaining hands-on experience. Each rotation is designed to deepen your knowledge and broaden your perspective on how our trading ecosystem functions.

If you have a keen interest in the financial markets, collaborating with traders while up-skilling technically, then the Trading Operations internship could be for you.

What We’re Looking For

• Penultimate Year Student (HK/Singapore): Confirmed plan to graduate by June 2028 from a Hong Kong or Singapore university.
• Penultimate Year Student (Australia/New Zealand): Confirmed plan to graduate by December 2027 from an Australian or New Zealand university.
• Problem Solver: Enjoy solving problems and discussing ideas with others to find optimal solutions.
• Communicator: Enjoy building relationships, sharing ideas, expressing thoughts, and listening to others’ views.
• Ambitious: Set goals and put in the effort to reach your full potential across areas such as academics, sports, arts, or other passions.

• Curious: Have a strong interest in the Finance sector—specifically Trading Operations—and in financial markets and current affairs.
