Join Susquehanna’s Discovery Program—an interactive experience designed to showcase how problem-solving drives modern trading. This immersive and evaluative program offers a unique glimpse into the day-to-day life of our traders, developers, and researchers, providing firsthand insight into the trading industry.

Through panel discussions, meet-and-greets with employees, and interactive gaming sessions, you’ll explore our systematic and semi-systematic trading strategies while gaining a deeper understanding of our collaborative culture.

Outstanding participants may be considered for a US-based internship the following year and a full-time placement in our Hong Kong office upon graduation.

What We’re Looking For

• Open to students attending a Hong Kong- or Singapore-based university.
• Planning to graduate in 2029.
