Citi Services 10-Week Summer Analyst Program

The Citi Services 10-week Summer Analyst Program provides entry-level employees with hands-on experience through training sessions and real, on-the-job learning. Summer Analysts work closely with their teams and own projects that drive meaningful impact. After an initial week of training and a placement process based on your interests and the program’s needs, you’ll be assigned to a team focusing on financial analysis, business development, client engagement, and market research.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to assess industry trends and the impact of macroeconomic factors.
• Develop materials that support business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth.
• Assist with process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities and improve service offerings.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Participate in networking events, training sessions, and leadership discussions to support personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• You are a junior in college, graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data analysis, lookups, basic modeling) and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Interest in financial services and a drive to learn.
