Role Overview
Join PA’s Talent Acquisition (TA) function to support high-impact leadership hiring. This role is primarily in the Senior Hires team and may support other teams at times.

What You Can Expect
- Hybrid working: minimum 2 days per week in the London office to be with the team, with flexibility to come in when required for candidates.
- Coordinate lengthy senior hires recruitment processes from interview through to verbal offer.
- Greet candidates in person for key interviews and provide a personable, 5-star interview experience across phone, email, Teams, and in-person.
- Manage candidate and hiring manager activities to ensure smooth, timely processes in the ATS (SmartRecruiters), including across different time zones.
- Handle interview logistics, including room bookings and feedback sessions.
- Use Excel and data to lead reporting and drive process improvements.
- Raise and track purchase orders for agencies and search firms.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Comfortable using an ATS and Excel in previous roles.
- Experience in a fast-paced TA admin (or similar) role supporting high-volume recruitment processes.
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly prioritise (and re-prioritise) workload as needed.
- Clear communication and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience using systems and data to improve processes.

Additional Information
Some UK roles at PA Consulting require UK security clearance. All PA people must undergo background checks and achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.
