The Role

Assist engineers in executing DOEs by implementing engineering solutions for continuous improvement on lab equipment to achieve quality and cycle time targets and to meet engineering qualification activity schedules.

The Person

The candidate should be motivated and have strong communication skills. Team player who can work with others to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic and higher-level technical debug through root cause analysis to resolve test-related issues; provide input to improve equipment consistency to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Document test results and generate reports in a timely manner.
• Verify all engineering work orders and release work orders to the lab.
• Execute engineering evaluations of equipment upgrades/enhancements and lab equipment maintenance activities per engineering request/procedure.

Preferred Experience

• Understanding of semiconductor testing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Academic Credentials

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering (minimum 3 years related working experience for Senior Technician and above), or
• NITEC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering with minimum 3 years related working experience.
