Summer Senior Research Associate (Equity Research) — MBA Internship

We are looking for 1st-year MBAs to join Bernstein’s premier Equity Research platform as Summer Senior Research Associates for a ten-week internship program in our New York office. If you are a natural leader, have a passion for research, and are interested in building a long-term career in the investing world, there’s no better place than Bernstein.

You will work alongside a Senior Analyst who will mentor you throughout your internship and develop expertise as you contribute to the research Bernstein is known for: unbiased, thematic, collaborative, data-driven, and always differentiated. You will build relationships across the investing community and, over time, become a thought partner to our clients. While you will work closely with your team, you will also have a high degree of autonomy and independence.

Responsibilities

• Build expertise in your assigned sector and complete a significant project, including delivering a presentation to senior management; projects by Summer Senior Research Associates are often published as part of our signature Blackbooks.
• Perform in-depth analysis of the industry and companies by working with your team through a quarterly earnings cycle.
• Attend Bernstein Summer School learning and development programs.
• Interact with your peers in research, sales, and trading through networking and social activities.
