About the Team

The People, Performance and Culture team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talent. The team’s responsibilities include recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management, global mobility, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and development, and staff communications.

Role Overview

As part of the Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team, you will play an important role in attracting exceptional talent, building future-ready talent pipelines, and shaping a candidate experience that supports KPMG’s growth ambitions.

You will work closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to identify, engage and hire talent that enables our people and business to thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across business functions, from sourcing and candidate assessment through to offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and market research.
  • Identify and engage high-quality talent using a range of sourcing channels and innovative recruitment approaches.
  • Provide hiring managers with market insights and talent intelligence to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders to support successful hiring outcomes and deliver a positive recruitment experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and talent engagement activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance recruitment outcomes and ways of working.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Experience in professional services, consulting, or other fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environments would be an advantage.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and talent attraction.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders confidently.
  • Demonstrated sound judgement, critical thinking, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Curiosity and openness to adopting new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve ways of working and recruitment outcomes.
  • Comfortable learning and leveraging technology to enhance productivity, candidate engagement, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other Applicant Tracking Systems will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
