What you'll do

• Source and engage passive technical talent using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and AngelList
• Design top-of-the-funnel strategy with recruiters and hiring managers, serving as the subject matter expert on creative sourcing techniques
• Identify and attract candidates with diverse backgrounds at the top of the funnel
• Move candidates through the recruiting pipeline with speed and transparency
• Effectively pitch candidates on Secureframe through tailored and creative messaging
• Assist with sending out offers and closing candidates

Who we're looking for

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Exceptional and innovative sourcing skills with familiarity using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Entelo, etc.
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and build a consistent pipeline within an engineering organization
• Familiarity with Lever or equivalent applicant tracking system (ATS) experience
