Actuarial Intern

Overview

Our internship program is designed to provide students with exposure to our reinsurance business and to develop skills that promote personal and professional development. This internship in the Actuarial Department offers the opportunity to be involved in various areas of reinsurance valuation and internal projects.

Role and Team

This role places you with the South Asia Valuation Team, responsible for computing the liability and capital positions of the fast-growing South Asia macro market. The South Asia macro market covers three offices and operates in approximately 20 countries.

Responsibilities

• Support the South Asia Valuation Team in producing valuation deliverables
• Contribute to process improvements within valuation activities

Valuation Focus

Valuation activities focus on IFRS, Solvency II, local statutory/solvency reporting, and experience analysis.
